Superb chalet on the shores of Lake Taureau.
Dock rental available for your boat ($) and boat launch on site.
Private spa, boats, large lot and magnificent view!
Bbq available year-round, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire space (1 bag of logs provided).
Games room in the garage, with babyfoot table and small pool table.
The chalet is made up of 2 floors with independent exterior entrances, but which also communicate from the interior. Perfect for more privacy with family or friends.
On the first floor you will find; 3 closed bedrooms, with queen bed, a sofa bed.
At the second; an open air loft with a queen bed and a sofa bed.
We can therefore accommodate 6 to 8 people comfortably and up to 12 people with the rental of the loft.
**Loft price is included when you select 9 or more guests, a maximum of 8 adults only at all times.

Once you have booked your stay, you will receive a rental contract to sign.
Arrival information is sent 48 hours before your stay such as address and door code.
A security deposit is required in all our cottages in case of breakage or damage 48 hours before your stay.
Cancellation policy – Modification of stay :
More than 30 days notice:
Refund of 90% of the reservation in case of cancellation or change of dates without charge.
Less than 30 days notice:
No refund
To change the dates of your stay:
3 weeks notice: 25% fee
2 weeks notice: 50% fee
1 week notice: 75% fee
No refund for changing dates with less than 1 week notice.
Covid19: If the government does not prevent cottage rentals or area travel and you can legally travel there, our cancellation policies are valid. If not, we can change the dates of your stay without charge.
Respect of the premises: All our cottages are equipped with an exterior camera. You must respect the number of people stipulated on your reservation confirmation. Noise likely to disturb the peace and well-being of the neighborhood is forbidden under penalty of fine and eviction of the occupants without any refund.
