Description of the chalet
Enjoy the stylish atmosphere of this accommodation at the center of everything. Directly at the water’s edge as well as 15 to 30 minutes from 4 Ski Centers.
The accommodation is part of 2 units and is the unit below, on the ground floor. It has a beautiful terrace and is within walking distance of the water and the dock. you have access to 2 kayaks and 2 paggaies boards. In winter you can enjoy the lake for walking, skating, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.
Housing
2 bedrooms. The main with a queen bed and the other with a double bed with a single bed in mesanime. In the living room the sofa makes a bed.
Passenger access
There are a few steps in the winter to access the accommodation, since it is easier to clear (clear snow) than a single passage, at both entrance doors. The tenant’s participation will be necessary being a long-term rental. However, the 2 parking lots are cleared by a contractor.

Once you have booked your stay, you will receive a rental contract to sign.
Arrival information is sent 48 hours before your stay such as address and door code.
A security deposit is required in all our cottages in case of breakage or damage 48 hours before your stay.
Cancellation policy – Modification of stay :
More than 30 days notice:
Refund of 90% of the reservation in case of cancellation or change of dates without charge.
Less than 30 days notice:
No refund
To change the dates of your stay:
3 weeks notice: 25% fee
2 weeks notice: 50% fee
1 week notice: 75% fee
No refund for changing dates with less than 1 week notice.
Covid19: If the government does not prevent cottage rentals or area travel and you can legally travel there, our cancellation policies are valid. If not, we can change the dates of your stay without charge.
Respect of the premises: All our cottages are equipped with an exterior camera. You must respect the number of people stipulated on your reservation confirmation. Noise likely to disturb the peace and well-being of the neighborhood is forbidden under penalty of fine and eviction of the occupants without any refund.
