Perché au cœur de la Réserve internationale de ciel étoilé, Le Cottage est un charmant petit chalet à louer permettant d’accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes confortablement. Un matelas peut être ajouté pour des enfants sans problème. Vous aurez un accès privé au lac baignable dans une petite baie tranquille du lac Mégantic. Une terrasse vous attend pour votre café du matin ou pour l’apéro. Plaisir garanti!
Le chalet est sur deux étages. Toutes les commodités se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée et la chambre est une aire ouverte à l’étage, dont les murs sont faits de bois de grange véritable. Vous aurez dans cette chambre un lit queen et un lit double. Le chalet est équipé avec Internet et le câble de base.

Once you have booked your stay, you will receive a rental contract to sign.
Arrival information is sent 48 hours before your stay such as address and door code.
A security deposit is required in all our cottages in case of breakage or damage 48 hours before your stay.
Cancellation policy – Modification of stay :
More than 30 days notice:
Refund of 90% of the reservation in case of cancellation or change of dates without charge.
Less than 30 days notice:
No refund
To change the dates of your stay:
3 weeks notice: 25% fee
2 weeks notice: 50% fee
1 week notice: 75% fee
No refund for changing dates with less than 1 week notice.
Covid19: If the government does not prevent cottage rentals or area travel and you can legally travel there, our cancellation policies are valid. If not, we can change the dates of your stay without charge.
Respect of the premises: All our cottages are equipped with an exterior camera. You must respect the number of people stipulated on your reservation confirmation. Noise likely to disturb the peace and well-being of the neighborhood is forbidden under penalty of fine and eviction of the occupants without any refund.
